Potential Speech Topics
01. How to create more belief in yourself
If there’s one thing I know it’s that women are too hard on themselves. Full stop. We keep pushing for the things we want but oftentimes we don’t truly believe that we are worthy and capable.
Can you imagine what you’d be able to achieve if you simply believed that you could do it? Despite it being hard or challenging or taking time, that you would get there? Can you imagine the world you would create?
This speech gives audience members tactical tools to start applying now for creating more self-belief.

02. How to be a badass
In this speech, I give a behind-the-scenes look at what it really takes to start a swimwear company and become a professional kiteboarder. Despite what it looks like on the outside, I reveal how even “successful” people are battling feelings of worthiness.
I share my journey with open vulnerability and bring the audience along for the ride. I explain how mindset strategies have helped me feel like a badass and I uncover the real secret to being badass.
03. The art of winging it.
In this speech, I share my humble origin story of starting a swimwear brand at 23 years old with no prior business, manufacturing or design background. I share how an openness for feedback, not letting the results define me, and a willingness to try have enabled me to build a business while maintaining stoke and enthusiasm.

04. Body Confidence
Feeling good in your body may be the most important work a woman can do. Our patriarchal culture and sexist stereotypes can make it hard for any woman to feel ok about how she looks. This speech dives deep into feeling good in our own skin and how we can love up on ourselves every day.

05. Cure your imposter syndrome
Feeling like an imposter? It’s time to get over it. You matter. The work you’re doing matters. You are an inspiration to others. In this authentic talk, I share how we hold ourselves back for fear of looking stupid. But it’s only through letting ourselves fly that we can have an awesome impact on the world.
A cure for anyone who is feeling stuck, not good enough or scared to try.
